Answer the BIG question with video
08 Mar 2022, Posted by Art, Design, Life, Newsletter, Photoshoots, Uncategorized inThere’s a question you get a lot… maybe every day. It comes right before they ask how much, or maybe right after. Either way, getting the answer to them is key to winning their business. Every business has a question they’re asked over and over again, and video is one of the best ways to answer it. In video, the answer is always spot on, exactly how you want them to understand it, and you can take the time you need to explain it right.
Maybe it’s “how does it work?” Or how do I get started. Why is it worth this much? What will it do for me?
Maybe you need a walk-thru video; maybe an explainer. Maybe an in-depth look at the quality of item.
What’s the question you’re asked the most?
We don’t always have time to answer this question at our best. We’re not available at 11pm, when they may be looking for answers (after putting the kids to bed, washing the dishes, and responding to emails).
The last thing you want is for a customer to leave without the answer they need or get frustrated. Make sure they find their way easily by walking them through the ins and outs of your service. If a new customer is learning about a pretty complex application or service, a short video can demonstrate how to use it in no time.
Answer the right question at the right moment
We’re believers in the sales funnel. That’s just an overly-complicated (and slightly snooty) way of saying we think that people go through a process when buying something. They become aware, they learn, they evaluate, and they commit. And at each stage they have a question they need answers. Sometimes, that answer is the difference between making a sale and losing a customer. Identifying their questions at each stage, and being sure they have access to the answer, is the key to success. We love analyzing these questions, coming up with solutions, and putting them into action. With 20+ years of communication and design experience, its at the heart of what we do. We believe what you do has value, and that people will see that, too. It’s all about opportunity and communication.
And sometimes… just sometimes, it’s the question they’re not asking that you want to answer.
